I have trouble unlocking the phone they have get stock and it's not working please sometimes take up to 3 minutes to pop up the fingerprint and I already made sure everything is okay the app has all the permissions is the very new version and also I'm paying for my service. Why this is happening also I have trouble when I set the relocking time at 15 sec and then I close the app reopen it again after those 15 seconds and is still open without a lock. Please help me
