This guide explains how to manage your AppLock PRO subscription, including how to cancel, handle billing issues, and restore your purchase on a new device.
Please note: For your security and privacy, all subscriptions and payments are processed and managed exclusively by the Google Play Store. The AppLock team does not have access to your payment details and cannot manage your subscription for you.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Google Play Store.
- Open the Google Play Store app on your phone.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap "Payments & subscriptions" and then "Subscriptions".
- Find AppLock in the list of your subscriptions and tap on it.
- Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
After canceling, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
How to Handle Billing Issues (Refunds, Incorrect Charges)
Because all transactions are handled by Google, our support team cannot process refunds or reverse incorrect charges.
To resolve issues like a duplicate charge or to request a refund, you must contact Google Play Support directly.
- You can typically find a "Help & feedback" section in your Google Play Store app to contact them.
- We recommend having a screenshot of your purchase history ready. You can find this in the Play Store under "Payments & subscriptions" > "Budget & history".
How to Restore Your Premium Purchase
If your Premium features are not activating after a purchase, or if you have switched to a new phone, you can use the "Restore Purchases" feature to re-sync your subscription.
- Make sure you are logged into the same Google account you used to make the purchase.
- Open AppLock and tap on the Premium tab at the bottom.
- Tap the "Restore Purchases" button.
This should immediately activate your Premium status.
